Conversion Rate

Conversion rate is the percentage of visitors to a website who complete a desired goal (a conversion) out of the total number of visitors. A conversion can be a purchase, filling out a form, signing up for a newsletter, or any other action that aligns with the business's goals.

Formula: Conversion Rate = (Number of Conversions / Total Visitors) x 100

Factors affecting conversion rate:

  • Website design and user experience
  • Content quality and relevance
  • Call-to-action effectiveness
  • Loading speed
  • Trust signals (testimonials, security badges, etc.)
